Who we are

We are a set of independent experts, accumulating vast experience in resolving most complex legal problems, teaching law, representing clients as counsel in most complex disputes, and administering justice in all instances, including the Supreme Court.

We are very small and very focused on delivering top quality expert work. We have a remarkable record of finding groundbreaking and original solutions to convoluted legal problems applying our knowledge of legal theory and vision of a practical perspective.

Our method

An independent expert opinion is a complex document that combines legal theory and practice, on the one hand, norm and case on the other. The need for expert opinion arises in the following cases: the formal source of law is difficult to interpret and the corresponding rule of law, as a specific rule of conduct, remains unclear.
